Joo Ping is my classmate in secondary school who decided to be a teacher since the school time. He entered the teaching college after completed our Form 5 study, since then we hardly have the chance to meet up as we were in different colleges far apart. Furthermore he was stationed in a remote rural school after graduated from college and eventually transferred to KL in recent years while pursuing his study. He met Nga Houng during the college time which is about 10 years back. After their long journey together, finally their decided to start a new chapter. Congratulation!

Anthony and Angeline’s wedding was the second church wedding that i shot in last month. It was my 1st attempt to shoot inside St. Peter Church even though i stay near by this church for more than 30 years. The post-processing process was dragged on for more than 2 weeks since i only managed to start the editing job everyday after my baby boy falls sleep.

These are some of my favourite shots taken on Jonny and Jaclyn’s wedding day. Johnny is one of the most important friend in my life simply because he is the one who always taught me and share his knowledge with me during the school time.
This is my first attempt to shoot the church wedding at Trinity Churh. Hope you will like it.

These wedding ceremony photos were taken long time ago before the LeMoments.com era with my Canon prosumer digital camera. Both Wei Onn and Hui Leng are my ex-classmates and knew that i love photography so they called me up asking me to shoot their wedding ceremony together with the lead photographer, Alvin Leong. During the whole day ceremony, Alvin shoot lot of great photos with his Nikon D2X while i managed to capture numerous beautiful shoots with my small little Canon S1IS. It was a great experience to shoot along with the famous wedding photographer and learn how he captured those beautiful moments.

The story of LeMoments.com started when Tze Yong asked me whether i am interested to shoot the prewedding photo for them about 3 years back. Both Tze Yong and Choi Suan are architects and prefer some simple shoot that different from the commercial wedding photograpy. I am glad to be their photographer and try out something new.
Choi San chose Mount Singai which located about 40 minutes drive from the city as the 1st destination for the shooting session. We had to walk up the mount for another 45 minutes just to reach the church on the hillside with all our photography equipments, laptop and gaun. We spent about 3 hours there for shooting and subsequently uploaded the photo onto the laptop to ensure that all shoots are ok before we left for the next destination. Our second destination was a unique and cosy wooden bungalow in the city area.

KUCHING: Wei Chiet and Thing Swee are working in England since they graduated from university. During the last November, both of them took 1 month long vacation to fly back to Malaysia for the preparation of their wedding ceremony.
Actually their wedding ceremony was simple and relaxing since they did the tea ceremony for the bride’s relative 1 week before at Thing Swee’s home town in Johor so we don’t have to rush as compared to the usually very packed ceremony schedules. Further more, the whole process starting from the bride make up to the tea ceremony was completed in 3 hours so I can have more time to process the photo for the short slideshow during the evening dinner.

KUCHING: Wee Chiang and Hui Hui’s wedding was a lengthy process started with the bride’s wedding dinner on 11th March and groom side dinner on 13th March. Their wedding dinner was attended by numerous VIPs which include the Deputy Chief Minister of Sarawak, ministers, state assemblymen and even the famous singer that won the best newcomer award in Taiwan Golden Melody Award . Here are some of the photo taken during both dinners.

KUCHING: Well, actually this post had been delayed for many days starting with my sore throat and fever during early of the week then came the broadband connection problem last nite.
Ok, let’s back to the post. I shoot Wee Chiang and Hui Hui’s wedding about 2 weeks ago starting with the bride’s dinner reception 2 days before their wedding day on Friday, 13th March 2009.
They had a simple wedding ceremony but Wee Chiang and his Brothers still had to go through 3 stages of challenges before can reach the Bride simply because Hui Hui is the big fan in “torturing” groom in whatever wedding ceremony she attended before.

KUCHING: Yen Pei and Serena was the couple that I shoot sometime ago on the New Year eve. I knew Yen Pei for more than 13 years already and i still remember during the college time we always went out together to hunt for nice foods during the weekends even though we were in different colleges and stayed far apart. After graduated, he started his career in KL and met Serena, the beautiful girl from Ipoh. Both of them are working in KL so they actually fixed their big day 1 year ago and flied back to Kuching during the holiday eve for the Buddhist wedding ceremony and dinner reception. Both of them are so photogenic especially when Serena was in her Chinese wedding costume.
